How to Make a Complaint
If you wish to file a complaint about our service, please email us at crew@sailing-match.com and include the following information:
Your full name
Contact details (email and/or phone)
A clear description of your complaint
Relevant dates and names (if applicable)
Any supporting documentation
Acknowledgement
We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
Review
We will investigate your concerns thoroughly and impartially. This may involve contacting other parties involved to gather more context.
Response
We aim to provide a formal response within 14 working days of acknowledging your complaint. If more time is required, we will inform you.
Appeals and escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a further review of the case. Should the issue remain unresolved, and if applicable, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant flag state authority or the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006) competent body if the yacht is MLC-compliant.

All complaints are handled confidentially. Filing a complaint will never result in any form of discrimination or retaliation.We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are committed to resolving any issues in a fair and respectful manner.
